We&rsquo;re looking for motivated individuals whether you&rsquo;re experienced in construction/labor or just starting out, to join our team in sign assembly, production, and field installations. What We Offer:<ul><li>A positive and supportive work environment where learning and growth are encouraged.</li><li>Hands-on experience with a variety of materials and tools.</li><li>Opportunities to develop skills in installation, production, and maintenance of sign programs.</li><li>A consistent Monday&ndash;Friday schedule.</li><li>Competitive pay: $20.00&ndash;$21.00 per hour.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities: In-House Production &amp; Assembly<ul><li>Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or schematics for sign production.</li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as aluminum, vinyl, plastic, and wood.</li><li>Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, augers, printers, and laminators).</li><li>Apply graphics, lettering, and laminates to sign substrates.</li><li>Inspect finished signs to ensure quality standards are met.</li><li>Package, label, and prepare signs for transport to job sites.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.</li><li>Track and report when materials or supplies need replenishing.</li></ul>Field Installation<ul><li>Load signs and materials into vehicles according to route assignments.</li><li>Install and remove signs in designated areas using maps or digital instructions.</li><li>Ensure all signs are properly positioned, secured, and visible.</li><li>Perform minor field repairs as needed and report damaged or missing signs.</li><li>Maintain accurate counts of signs deployed and retrieved using company tools.</li><li>Safely operate company vehicles while following all driving and safety policies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads regarding progress or issues.</li></ul>Our Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Comfortable using hand tools and light equipment.</li><li>Holds a valid Driver&rsquo;s License and auto insurance (required).</li><li>Able to work outdoors, including from ladders up to 15 ft.</li><li>Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs frequently.</li><li>Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Professional, positive, and a problem-solver.</li><li>Previous sign industry experience is a plus, but not required!</li></ul>Job Details:<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Location: In-person</li><li>Relocation/Commute: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re ready to make a tangible impact, work with your hands, and grow in a team that values your contributions, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.
