Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to support our financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in accounting principles, with experience in accounting software. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.Duties<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, using Sage accounting software.</li><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.</li><li>Make collections calls at the direction of the company's accountant.</li><li>Provide administrative support including data entry and filing.</li><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting concepts including double-entry bookkeeping, debits &amp; credits.</li><li>Knowledge of GAAP standards.</li><li>Demonstrated attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
