We believe in delivering world-class dental care supported by strong systems, transparent processes, and efficient financial management.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive &ndash; Accounts to join our growing team and support the finance operations with accuracy, compliance, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.&middot; Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.&middot; Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and coordinate with auditors.&middot; Monitor budgets, cash flows, and expense controls across all clinic branches.&middot; Supervise and guide junior accountants/executives in maintaining proper records and accounting discipline.&middot; Coordinate with management for MIS reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.&middot; Manage vendor payments, payroll processing support, and timely settlements.&middot; Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficient accounting practices.Required Skills &amp; Competencies:&middot; Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.&middot; Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / Zoho / any relevant ERP) and MS Excel.&middot; Analytical mindset with attention to detail.&middot; Strong communication and leadership skills.&middot; Ability to handle multi-branch accounts operations and meet deadlines.Qualifications &amp; Experience:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s / Masters degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance).&middot; CA/ICWA (Inter) preferred&middot; 4&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in accounts, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a supervisory role.&middot; Experience in healthcare/hospitality sector will be an added advantage.Why Join Realtooth?&middot; Opportunity to work in a fast-growing healthcare organization.&middot; Exposure to multi-branch financial operations.&middot; Professional growth and learning in a structured work environment.&middot; Supportive management with focus on people development.To Apply:&middot; Email your CV to: hr.realtooth@gmail.com&middot; Send cv at : +91-8604902116&middot; Visit us at: www.realtooth.in&middot; Posting Location : Head Office, Mahanagar&middot; Clinic Locations : Gomtinagar, Hazrataganj, Mahanagar, AliganjJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
