Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Installer/General Labor to join our team. This role involves installing various types of non-electrical signage and supporting general labor tasks across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work outdoors and indoors, and basic technical skills including the use of hand tools. This position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic company committed to safety and quality. Pay reviews at 90 days.Duties<ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain signage on commercial and residential properties according to specifications and safety standards.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools.</li><li>Measure and mark locations for sign placement with precision.</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and signage components at job sites.</li><li>Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries during installation or general labor tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience in sign installation or general construction is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret instructions is advantageous.</li><li>Strong physical stamina with the ability to 40+ lbs and work at heights using ladders or lifts.</li><li>Valid Texas Drivers license with clean driving record required.</li><li>Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential.</li><li>Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
