Key Responsibilities1&#65039; Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>Develop and execute a monthly social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, seasons, and ongoing projects.</li><li>Define content pillars &mdash; Garden Makeovers, Client Stories, DIY Tips, Behind-the-Scenes, and Green Lifestyle.</li><li>Plan for lead-generation campaigns targeting balcony and villa clients.</li></ul>2&#65039; Content Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>Coordinate photo and video shoots at project sites (with gardeners, makeovers, etc.).</li><li>Write creative captions, reels scripts, and hashtags aligned with brand tone.</li><li>Manage daily posting schedule on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Collaborate with design and video editors for high-quality outputs.</li><li>Curate user-generated content and client testimonials.</li></ul>3&#65039; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Run paid campaigns for awareness, lead generation, and retargeting.</li><li>Analyze metrics (reach, engagement, CPL, conversion rate) and refine campaigns.</li><li>Work with founder to allocate and optimize ad spend.</li></ul>4&#65039; Community &amp; Brand Engagement<ul><li>Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments promptly.</li><li>Partner with influencers, home d&eacute;cor pages, and plant brands for collaborations.</li><li>Maintain consistent tone and visual identity across all channels.</li></ul>5&#65039; Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Deliver monthly social media performance reports.</li><li>Identify content types that drive maximum ROI (video, reels, carousels, etc.).</li><li>Suggest innovative content formats (AI-generated visuals, plant quizzes, before-after stories).</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Proven experience managing Instagram-first brands (preferably in lifestyle, d&eacute;cor, or home improvement).</li><li>Strong copywriting &amp; storytelling ability.</li><li>Hands-on with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Sheets.</li><li>Basic photography &amp; video direction sense.</li><li>Understanding of SEO for Instagram &amp; YouTube.</li><li>Fluent in English (Hindi/Kannada a plus).</li></ul>Preferred Personality Traits<ul><li>Passionate about gardens, design, and sustainability.</li><li>Self-driven, creative thinker, with a &ldquo;content is currency&rdquo; mindset.</li><li>Can work independently but collaborate closely with on-site teams and the founder.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
