About Firm:DRAFT DECORAN INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM BASED IN MALLESHWARAM , BANGALOREAbout the role:The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.Minimum Experience: 2-3 years<ul><li>CV &amp; Portfolio submission (mandatory)</li><li>Design Test Review - A design test would be mailed if the profile is relevant based on the requirements. It has to be completed in 1 or 2 days (mandatory).</li><li>Two/three rounds of interviews</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Understand customer needs and develop complete design to suit their requirements.</li><li>Create aesthetically and functionally sound designs and floor plans for various projects.</li><li>Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client needs and execution/production needs.</li><li>Prepare client presentations with necessary 2D and 3D outputs.</li><li>Work out costing and create quotes for clients.</li><li>Maintain industry knowledge</li><li>Should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and handle multiple clients at the same point.</li><li>Ability to Handle Customer objections .</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe suite(basic) and Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Strong creative and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to understand Customer mindset in terms of design requirements, budget and overall need.</li><li>Landscape design experience as a designer is an add-on.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Customer-oriented mindset .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;250,000.00 - &#8377;450,000.00 per yearEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
