Urgent Hiring!Vacancy for Full Time Revit DraftspersonA Dubai-based construction firm is looking to hire a Revit Draftsperson.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a professional Revit technician with the ability to develop fully coordinated, construction-ready drawings for high-end residential and commercial projects. This role requires close coordination with architecture, interior design, and MEP teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and buildable.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Produce detailed Revit models and drawings from concept through to construction documentation.</li><li>Review and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) drawings with architectural and interior design information.</li><li>Develop detailed sections, elevations, joinery, and interior details suitable for construction on site.</li><li>Identify clashes and discrepancies between drawings and documents.</li><li>Maintain drawing standards, naming conventions, and document control requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience as a Draftsperson, with strong focus on Revit-based drafting and 3D modeling in the construction industry.</li><li>High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP as applicable).</li><li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD for 3D drafting and coordination.</li><li>bility to create and modify detailed construction drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and schedules.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, BIM standards, and design documentation.</li><li>Experience in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordinated models.</li><li>Good command of MS Excel and documentation tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with high standards of technical accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight project deadlines.</li><li>Good communication skills for coordination with engineers, architects, and project teams.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package (based on experience).</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious villa and building projects in Dubai.</li><li>Creative and growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li></ul>Note: Please send your cv to: info@artagroup.aeExperience:Revit Drafting / BIM Coordination (Construction): 3 years (Required)GCC Experience: must 3 years (Preferred)Fit-out / Construction Project Documents: 3 years (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Revit Draftsperson : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
