<div>We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical and data skills to tackle complex, high-visibility challenges and translate large data sets into strategic insights. This role will leverage analytics to drive development, optimize performance, and support key organizational initiatives. 
Responsibilities:
Program Management
<ul><li>Oversees multiple related projects to ensure they align with organizational strategy and deliver on business objectives.</li><li>
Manages cross-functional teams and coordinates dependencies, timelines, and resources across projects.</li><li>
Develops and maintains program roadmaps, tracking progress against key milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.</li><li>
Identifies and mitigates risks, ensuring smooth execution and resolving issues that impact scope, budget, or schedule.</li><li>
Communicates program status and strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.</li></ul>
Data Governance, Interpretation and Modeling
<ul><li>Extract, clean, and synthesize data, primarily using SQL to enable accurate analysis.</li><li>
Apply advanced analytics and modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, anomaly detection) to inform business decisions.</li><li>
Develop and visualize insights through reports, dashboards, and storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>
Ensure data governance and privacy compliance across all datasets and analyses.</li><li>
Mentor and guide teams on data preparation, visualization, modeling, and best practices.</li></ul>
Business Understanding &amp; Insights Operationalization
<ul><li>Develop deep understanding of business problems and key metrics.</li><li>
Partner with stakeholders to identify core questions and design optimal solutions.</li><li>
Operationalize insights by integrating analytics into business processes and driving KPI-focused improvements.</li><li>
Lead analytics refresh exercises and model/rule tuning processes.</li></ul>
Professional Attributes:
<ul><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical problem-solving, client relationship management, adaptability, creativity, emotional intelligence, and effective time management</li><li>
Ability to handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>BA/BS or higher</li><li>
Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Strong proficiency in SQL</li><li>
Solid understanding financial modeling and tooling</li><li>
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li></ul></li></ul></div>
