As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Paralegal to join our team in San Diego.The Paralegal plays a crucial role in our firm by supporting the attorneys, managing the client relationship. This position involves preparing legal documents, legal research, gathering relevant information, assessing client needs, and ensuring that all documentation is accurately prepared and processed. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, as well as a foundational understanding of legal procedures and terminology.Please apply for this position only if you have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with our firm.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Conduct thorough legal research using LexisNexis to support case preparation.</li><li>Assist attorneys with document management, including drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents.</li><li>Manage case files and maintain organized records to ensure efficient access to information.</li><li>Interview clients and witnesses to gather essential information for cases.</li><li>Provide executive administrative support by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.</li><li>Prepare for trials by organizing exhibits and evidence while ensuring compliance with court procedures.</li><li>E-filing or in person filing necessary documents with the Court</li><li>Utilize project management skills to track deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Proven paralegal experience in a law office setting with a solid understanding of legal terminology and procedures.</li><li>3 years experience</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Experience with Clio</li><li>Knowledge of construction and real estate law</li><li>Strong writing skills for legal drafting and transcription tasks.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it hereWe are a boutique law firm dedicated to fostering an environment where our employees can thrive both professionally and personally.
