Sales Rep

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Exhibition Sales Coordinator to join our team at Artex Exhibitions &amp; Conference Management.The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling exhibition space, coordinating with exhibitors, engaging with government entities, and supporting overall event operations.This role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to represent the company professionally in meetings with ministries, embassies, agencies, corporations, and exhibitors.The position is part office-based and part fieldwork.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to companies, agencies, and government organizations.</li><li>Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and scheduled visits to engage exhibitors and close deals.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors, partners, and government institutions.</li><li>Support the onboarding of exhibitors and ensure they have a seamless participation experience.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and documentation.</li><li>Represent the company at meetings, field visits, and exhibitions when needed.</li><li>Coordinate internally with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution.</li><li>Gather client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.</li><li>Assist in handling inquiries received via email, phone, and in-person visits.</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Strong sales and communication skills (Arabic &amp; English preferred).</li><li>Excellent follow-up and relationship-building capabilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.</li><li>Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license and access to a car.</li><li>Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or B2B sales is an advantage.</li><li>Professional attitude, presentable, and comfortable interacting with ministries and corporate clients.</li></ul>Job Details<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Work Environment: Office + client visits</li><li>Location: Kuwait</li><li>Industry: Exhibitions &amp; Events</li><li>Nationality: Any</li><li>Driving License: Required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD450.000 per month
