  Extremities and Trauma Sales Representative
 </strong>
 is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within their team&rsquo;s assigned territory. Sales Representatives must establish, build and maintain customer relations through constant communication and in-person appointments. This position is specifically responsible for maintaining expert knowledge of the trauma market and our extremities and trauma product portfolio. You will consult surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our implants and instruments. Pre-existing knowledge and experience in the trauma field is preferred but not required.

   Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory. Arthrex Tallahassee is an independent agency authorized to sell Arthrex products by working with surgeons and health care professionals. Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio and educational programs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
  </li>
  <li>
   Address any problems that arise at the account.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting noncompliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and company policies and procedures.

   Receive coaching, training or mentoring from sales manager; transfer knowledge to peers as needed.

   Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits and other critical business applications.

   Collect competitive data and remain current on industry, customer and competitive trends.

   Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.

  </li>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Manufactures electro-mechanical and video camera medical products to specified work orders. Follows work instructions and standard operating procedures. Inspects own work as well as the work of others.</li>
<li>Performs daily cleaning of the work area and initiates &ldquo;Area Clearance&rdquo; to maintain material traceability at the workstation.</li>
<li>Performs tasks such as but are not limited to installing circuit boards, electronic components, product labels, cables, wire harnesses, optics cleaning, mounting, and assembling intricate optical, electrical, and mechanical components using mechanical fasteners and adhesives.</li>
<li>Making decisions in fitting and adjustment of parts within established guidelines to achieve the required specifications.</li>
<li>Verify that correct material is used per the Work Order and Device History Records, Travelers, and Forms are filled out completely, ensuring (GDP) Good Documentation Practices.</li>
<li>May perform Preventive Maintenance of equipment within the department as required by PM Schedule.</li>
<li>Ability to work on multiple process steps or lines, adjusting and reprioritizing work as necessary.</li>
<li>Responsible for accessing and following packaging and work instructions from PLM and Document management systems based on product structure requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in required company training activities related to products and processes supporting medical device manufacturing.</li>
<li>Maintain and follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) work environment procedures</li>
<li>May work on assignments such as R&amp;D and V&amp;V builds requiring judgment and collaboration in resolving issues.</li>
