Led by Chartered Accountants, our team of over 40 professionals serves a diverse clientele across manufacturing, trading, and service industries. In addition to consultancy, we offer practical training programs to help businesses effectively implement GST and manage compliance, taxation, and GSTR filings.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary at Arthtattva. The role involves ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, supporting the Board of Directors, and handling corporate secretarial matters independently.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Independently handle ROC matters, including regular filings, board resolutions, notices, and statutory compliances for Private and Public Companies</li><li>Prepare agendas, notes, and papers for Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs)</li><li>Convene and service Board Meetings and AGMs, draft resolutions, record minutes, and follow up on action items</li><li>File statutory forms and annual returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and other relevant authorities</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and records, including registers of members, directors, and key managerial personnel</li><li>Incorporation of Companies and LLPs</li><li>Strike-off of Companies and LLPs</li><li>Conversion of Company into LLP and vice versa (if applicable)</li><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and related corporate laws</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)</li><li>Minimum 2 year of experience in ROC and corporate secretarial matters</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MCA portal and statutory compliances</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word</li><li>Good communication and drafting skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliances</li></ul>Location<ul><li>Bengaluru (On-site)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹90,489.56 - ₹1,100,237.00 per monthWork Location: In person
