MIS Manager (Chartered Accountant)Location: Halasuru, BengaluruWork Mode: OnsiteAbout the Role<ul><li>Arthtattva Auditors is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager &ndash; MIS (Chartered Accountant) to lead our management reporting and financial analysis function. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with strong analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.</li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesMIS &amp; Financial Reporting<ul><li>Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.</li><li>Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial data.</li><li>Conduct variance analysis and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>Maintain data integrity and implement continuous improvements in reporting systems.</li></ul>Data Management &amp; Process Improvement<ul><li>Design and optimize MIS processes for better accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Develop and implement data management policies and automation tools.</li><li>Drive process standardization across departments.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Audit Support<ul><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Support internal and external audit teams with timely data and documentation.</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Management teams to provide actionable insights.</li><li>Deliver strategic reports to aid business planning and performance tracking.</li></ul>Team Development &amp; Communication<ul><li>Support and train junior team members on MIS tools and reporting processes.</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in MIS, FP&amp;A, or financial analysis</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas)</li><li>Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools/software</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;160,000.00 - &#8377;200,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
