We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bitcoin MinerTechnician to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of ASIC miningequipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASIChardware, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and the ability towork in a fast-paced data center environment.Main Responsibilities&#9679; Perform diagnostics and repairs on ASIC mining equipment,identifying hardware failures and acting quickly to resolve them,minimizing downtime.&#9679; Conduct both preventive and corrective maintenance on mininghardware and local infrastructure, including power distribution,cooling systems, and safety mechanisms.&#9679; Monitor mining equipment performance, perform routine inspections,and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functionality.&#9679; Assist in the setup and installation of new mining units and relatedsystems.&#9679; Accurately complete work orders with detailed technical informationto support tracking, reporting, and follow-up actions.&#9679; Control and organize inventory of tools, spare parts, and mininghardware to ensure availability and quick response to maintenanceneeds.&#9679; Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, ensuring tools arecharged, calibrated, and stored properly.&#9679; Immediately report any critical failure or safety concern that couldaffect site operations or infrastructure.&#9679; Follow all safety protocols rigorously and contribute to maintaining asafe working environment.&#9679; Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisionsunder pressure when necessary.&#9679; Collaborate actively with the maintenance team and other operationaldepartments to ensure consistent and reliable site performance.&#9679; Replace and or blow out air filters as needed.QualificationsTo successfully perform this role, the candidate must be able to meet allessential responsibilities effectively. The qualifications listed belowrepresent the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Reasonableaccommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities toperform the essential functions.&#9679; High school diploma or equivalent (required).&#9679; Technical or vocational training in Electronics, Electrotechnics,Mechatronics, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus.&#9679; Minimum of 1 year of experience in equipment maintenance,production, manufacturing, construction, shipping, electrical work, ortechnical troubleshooting.&#9679; Prior experience in industrial settings, data centers, or cryptocurrencymining environments&mdash;especially with ASIC hardware&mdash;is highlydesirable.&#9679; Solid knowledge of electronic equipment maintenance, particularlyrelated to cryptocurrency mining (e.g., ASICs).&#9679; Ability to perform basic diagnostics, identify failures, and carry outpreventive and corrective maintenance tasks.&#9679; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals,schematics, and engineering diagrams.&#9679; Familiarity with power, cooling, and safety systems typically found intechnical infrastructure environments.&#9679; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.&#9679; Clear and objective communication for technical reporting andcoordination.&#9679; Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently andmake decisions under pressure.&#9679; Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods (up to 6hours per day).&#9679; Capable of lifting and carrying 30&ndash;50 lbs (13&ndash;23 kg).&#9679; Willingness to be on-call for emergency maintenance situations.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hourWork Location: In person
