Job Title: Maintenance ManagerLocation: BangaloreDepartment: Operations / MaintenanceRole Summary:The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This role includes planning, budgeting, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and leading the maintenance team&mdash;specifically for production machinery and packaging lines.Key Responsibilities:Duties to be performed by the Employee2. You will be responsible for all maintenance activities of the following Business Units:&sect; Meisterwurst India Pvt Ltd&sect; Bon Appetit Food Chain Pvt. Ltd&sect; Arthur&rsquo;s Food Company Pvt Ltd&sect; Veganya Food Private Ltd&sect; Borner&sect; Any other new entities that come up in future. &middot; Managing the operation &amp; maintenance of Lighting &amp; distribution, Diesel Generators, Electrical distribution panels, UPS, Air Compressors, access control system, CCTV, Fire safety systems, building repairs etc.,&middot; Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues&middot; Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities&middot; Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)&middot; Manage relationships with contractors and service providers&middot; Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities&middot; Ensure health and safety policies are complied with&middot; Interface with Gas Utility &amp; Electricity Utility agencies&middot; HVAC systems&rsquo; compliance with respect to cold chain management&middot; Vendor Agreements review, renewals from time to time &amp; working closely with purchase team for release of PO&rsquo;s release&middot; Driving continuous improvement initiatives in the Facilities domain and maintaining a high level of internal customer satisfaction&middot; Adherence to the approved budget with primary responsibility for the monthly facilities management report, including an overall summary of operations&middot; Monitoring and inspection of buildings and premises for safety issues, promoting continuous improvement of workplace safety and good environmental practices.&middot; Ensure all communications are completed with regards to queries, escalations, request, and complaints and demonstrate the employee-oriented practices&middot; Effective utilization and review of sub-contractors / vendor's performance monthly or periodic intervals.&middot; Supporting waste management &amp; allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.&middot; Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency.Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma / Degree &ndash; Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field.</li><li>4&ndash;7 years of FMCG maintenance experience (mandatory).</li><li>Experience in production &amp; packaging machinery, utilities (boilers, compressors, DG, HVAC, water systems).</li><li>Knowledge of ISO / GMP systems is required.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong technical troubleshooting abilities (FMCG machinery).</li><li>Leadership, people management &amp; decision-making skills.</li><li>Good communication, vendor handling &amp; analytical skills.</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>On-site factory-based role.</li><li>Must be available for breakdowns/emergency support beyond work hours.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
