 Overall Purpose of the Role
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to help customers in their Digital Transformation success journey using our Digital solutions , consultation, and engineering services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand customer needs and identify the appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate will drive company&rsquo;s business to ensure its successful growth, profitability, and achievement of business goals for the assigned accounts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers (
 
 Aramco
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong client relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously identify and qualify new sales opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve sales annual and quarterly targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 The Sales Account Manager will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products, services, and solutions in the area of Industrial Digital Solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing your knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage key accounts and new accounts development / vendor approvals / demand generation to get competitive advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new partnerships within customer organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maximize the company presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate and close contracts and agreements to achieve required busienss growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate the progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders and drive mapping customers needs to solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze industry trends, innovations, disruptors, and customer feedback to provide input to development efforts to optimize product and
 
 technology
 
 offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently monitor and adjust strategies to align with sales forecastsAlign with our Strategic Partners sales team and leverage pre-sales support to dilever customer outcome based solution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education and Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 3-5 years of experience in selling AI, Digital, IT solutions and software to Saudi Aramco.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Forecast Accuracy and on-time submission of reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in developing and maintaining account plans and strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant Sales role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record of selling enterprise software solutions and corporate agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with Sales
 
 CRM tools such as SFDC or similar
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Saudi National is a Must.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Languages
