Artisan Direct is seeking reliable independent contractors to place and pick up temporary weekend directional signs. This is a simple, active outdoor role that offers predictable weekend income and flexible scheduling.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
This work takes place every weekend. Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Placement window: Friday 5 PM through Saturday 10 AM</li><li>
Pick-up window: Sunday 6 PM through Monday 8 AM</li><li>
View sign locations and a suggested installation order in the app.</li><li>
Contractors are free to complete the route in any order within the time windows.</li><li>
Store signs safely between weekends</li><li>
Use your own vehicle for local driving routes</li></ul>
Most standard 30&ndash;60 sign routes take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours once you are familiar with them. 
 
Pay and Perks<ul><li>
Starting earnings: $50&ndash;$100 per weekend for a typical 30&ndash;60 sign route</li><li>
Earn $200&ndash;$300+ per weekend as additional sign programs are added</li><li>
Signing bonus after your first completed weekend</li><li>
$100 bonus after your first month of consistent work</li><li>

Requirements<ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and current auto insurance</li><li>
Reliable vehicle with enough space for 30&ndash;60 signs</li><li>
A smartphone (Android or iPhone), roughly four years old or newer, capable of running our mobile app</li><li>
Ability to lift and place signs and work outdoors</li><li>
Ability to hammer stakes 6&ndash;8 inches into the ground during the first weekend only</li><li>
Dependable and able to complete routes within the required time windows each weekend</li></ul>
Independent Contractor Notice 
 
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Contractors are not employees of Artisan Direct and are responsible for their own fuel, expenses, taxes and insurance. Contractors determine their own driving order, provide their own vehicle and mobile device, and complete the work within the placement and pickup windows provided. No benefits, minimum hours, or employment guarantees are offered. Contractors may accept or decline routes but must complete any route they commit to.
