Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Client &amp; Production Liaison)Location: Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai Experience: 2 Years+ Department: Sales &amp; Client ServicingJob Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator who can serve as the vital link between clients, designers, and the production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable products, coordinating design layouts, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring smooth execution of orders&mdash;from inquiry to delivery and after-sales support.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, has an eye for design and detail, and can manage multiple projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to delivery.</li><li>Understand client requirements, brand style, and project timelines.</li><li>Suggest appropriate products, materials, and solutions from our portfolio.</li><li>Prepare detailed briefs and coordinate with the design team to create design layouts and concepts.</li><li>Present designs to clients, gather feedback, and confirm final approvals.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations based on approved designs.</li><li>Secure order confirmations and advance payments from clients.</li><li>Create job sheets and production lists for the production team, ensuring clarity and completeness of specifications.</li><li>Monitor the production process to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.</li><li>Coordinate dispatch and delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.</li><li>Manage after-sales communication, handle client feedback, and facilitate repeat orders.</li><li>Maintain records of client interactions, approvals, and project documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to understand and translate client needs into actionable briefs.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen sense of design aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with design tools or ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Prior experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or production management (preferably in design, printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry).</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.</li></ul>Personal Attributes:<ul><li>Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.</li><li>Collaborative and team-oriented.</li><li>Calm under pressure with a commitment to quality and deadlines.</li><li>Enthusiastic about creating great client experiences.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
