From personalized learning journeys to artist-led masterclasses, Artium is changing how India learns music.Now, we&rsquo;re looking for talented engineers who can help us scale this movement from the backstage.About the RoleWe are hiring a Backend Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong hold on Spring Boot and Node.js, and enjoys cracking tough bugs as much as shipping clean code. If you also know Python, that&rsquo;s a big plus. And if you&rsquo;re a musician or have a deep love for music, you&rsquo;ll feel right at home with us.This is an on-site role based in Bangalore&mdash;we believe true collaboration and creativity spark best when we build together, in person.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain scalable backend services using Spring Boot and Node.js.</li><li>Rapidly debug and resolve issues across systems and APIs.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA to deliver high-impact features.</li><li>Write clean, testable code and document technical decisions.</li><li>Participate in architecture and design discussions to shape the tech roadmap.</li><li>Improve performance, reliability, and monitoring of backend systems.</li></ul>Must-Have Skills:<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and Node.js.</li><li>Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Familiarity with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices.</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Experience with Git, CI/CD, and development workflows.</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves<ul><li>Experience with Python for scripting or backend services.</li><li>Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Understanding of application security and performance tuning.</li></ul>Superpower Bonus (Optional)You&rsquo;re a musician or passionate about music.
