Talent Acquisition Specialist

Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition&#61623; Drive the full-cycle recruitment process &ndash; from sourcing to onboarding.&#61623; Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.&#61623; Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for various roles across departments.Payroll &amp; Compliance&#61623; Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.&#61623; Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.&#61623; Maintain employee records and documentation as per legal requirements.HR Operations&#61623; Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee data.&#61623; Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures.&#61623; Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.Administration&#61623; Oversee office administration activities including vendor management, procurement, and general officeupkeep.&#61623; Coordinate with finance and operations for seamless inter-departmental support.Requirements:&#61623; Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the ed-tech industry.&#61623; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).&#61623; Solid understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.&#61623; Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.&#61623; Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.&#61623; Tech-savvy with familiarity in HR tools.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,740.04 - &#8377;46,760.81 per monthWork Location: In person
