As part of our expansion, we are looking for a skilled Tender Executive / Budgeting Consultant with strong expertise in cost estimation and tender management for civil construction projects.Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in budgeting, rate analysis, and tendering processes. The role involves preparing accurate project cost estimates, analyzing market rates, and supporting the team in securing new projects through competitive tender submissions.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil construction projects&middot; Maintain updated knowledge of material, labor, and equipment rates in the market&middot; Assist in tender preparation, submission, and documentation&middot; Conduct rate analysis, budget forecasting, and value engineering studies&middot; Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate pricing&middot; Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for rate quotations&middot; Support project teams with budget monitoring and cost control during execution&middot; Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements in tenderingQualifications &amp; Experience:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (Master&rsquo;s preferred)&middot; 5&ndash;10 years of experience in tendering, budgeting, or cost estimation in civil construction&middot; Strong knowledge of Delhi/NCR construction market rates&middot; Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software&middot; Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsSalary: CTC up to &#8377; 7&ndash;9 Lakh per annum (depending on experience and expertise)How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply via Indeed or send their updated resume and a brief cover letter to:-bdm@artnuma.com -info@artnuma.comSubject Line: &quot;Application for Tender Executive / Budgeting Consultant &ndash; Civil Construction (Delhi)&quot;Join Artnuma Infra Private Limited and play a key role in delivering cost-efficient, high-quality infrastructure projects.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;700,000.00 - &#8377;900,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
