Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership:- Develop and implement the company's construction strategy in alignment with overall organizational goals.- Provide vision and direction to the construction division, driving innovation and operational excellence.2. Project Management:- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within scope, budget, and schedule parameters.- Collaborate with project managers to resolve challenges and ensure quality standards are met.4. Financial Management:- Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.5. Team Leadership:- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing construction team.- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the construction division.6. Regulatory Compliance:- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction activities.- Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices.7. Risk Management:- Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, implementing effective risk management strategies.- Monitor industry trends and emerging risks that may impact construction operations.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
