This role will capture additional footage behind-the-scenes to develop WORTH content and shorts for various platforms, addressing mental health and substance use issues. The position will also support logistics required for each filming session. This is a seasonal position running from late May &ndash; mid-August.</p>

<div><div><p><b>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Review &amp; organize library of existing WORTH videos</li><li>
Collaborate with the WORTH team to brainstorm, research, write, &amp; film video content</li><li>
Perform on-screen in WORTH videos</li><li>
Facilitate behind-the-scenes filming to develop supplementary WORTH content</li><li>
Support logistics &amp; organization involved with filming sessions</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Experience with video production equipment &amp; software (desired)</li><li>
Demonstrated competence in organization &amp; communication</li><li>
Demonstrated history of sensitivity to substance use and mental health needs of peers</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Compensation and Benefits:</b></p><ul><li>
Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
</li><li>Paid Time Off: Accrued at 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked</li><li>
Counseling benefits</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Other Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Applicants under age 16 are required to have a valid Employment Certificate (work permit)</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Schedule:</b>

Daytime with occasional evenings</li><li>
Monday &ndash; Friday with occasional weekends</li></ul>

Demonstrated competence in organization &amp; communication</li><li>
