Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Patient Care &amp; Monitoring</li><li>Conduct regular ward rounds to check patients&rsquo; condition.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, progress, and treatment plans.</li><li>Provide immediate medical care during emergencies.</li><li>Support consultants during procedures and clinical management.</li><li>Treatment &amp; Documentation</li><li>Prescribe medications as per consultant&rsquo;s advice.</li><li>Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, and discharge summaries.</li><li>Ensure completion of all medical documentation as per hospital policy.</li><li>Emergency Management</li><li>Attend casualty/emergency cases promptly.</li><li>Initiate resuscitation, stabilization, and necessary investigations.</li><li>Coordinate with specialists for further management.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication</li><li>Liaise between consultants, nurses, and paramedical staff.</li><li>Update patient relatives on condition and progress (as permitted).</li><li>Assist in medico-legal cases (MLC) documentation.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety</li><li>Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.</li><li>Ensure proper handover of patient care during shift changes.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies Required:<ul><li>Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability.</li><li>Good communication and patient-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.</li><li>Team-oriented with coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Billing Operations<ul><li>Prepare and generate patient bills (inpatient, outpatient, emergency).</li><li>Verify accuracy of charges and ensure proper entry into the hospital billing system.</li><li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure all services are charged.</li><li>Resolve discrepancies in patient bills before finalization.</li></ul>2. Insurance Processing<ul><li>Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility before admission or procedure.</li><li>Coordinate with insurance companies for pre-authorizations and approvals.</li><li>Submit insurance claims promptly with proper documentation.</li><li>Track claim status and follow up for pending or rejected claims.</li></ul>3. Collections &amp; Follow-Up<ul><li>Ensure timely collection of co-payments, deductibles, and outstanding balances.</li><li>Follow up with insurance companies for pending payments.</li><li>Maintain and update outstanding accounts regularly.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain proper patient billing records and claim documents.</li><li>Ensure compliance with insurance company requirements and hospital SOPs.</li><li>Keep updated on changes in insurance policies and tariffs.</li></ul>5.
