Set and maintain the dining room and podium environment and ensure materials are perfectly clean.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Have necessary knowledge of menu items to assist guests as needed.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist guest and colleagues courteously and efficiently.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Use the guest&rsquo;s name appropriately and communicate it to restaurant colleagues.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist in seating guests and pulling chairs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist restaurant colleagues to prepare for service.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Communicate other necessary information with colleagues (i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, special requests).</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Communicate through Guest Movement chat group any relevant guest movements, such as Aman F&amp;B VIP chat.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Coordinate set menus for small groups and distribute copies of the event form accordingly.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Inform restaurant managers of daily reservations forecast.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist in monitoring all guests&rsquo; needs.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

Check daily for our regular guest preferences and record them in our daily list for service.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>

2 years&rsquo; experience in a luxury hotel environment or similar setting in restaurants or food and beverage</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and have full/open schedule availability</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Must be capable of working in a team-oriented environment to achieve the hotel&rsquo;s common goal of guest satisfaction.</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
Must be able to take constructive criticism and work well in a team dynamic</p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>
