Job Title: Senior Manager, Solution Delivery
The Senior Manager, Solution Delivery at Arvest is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Scrum Masters while also acting as an Agile Coach to support the organization in its agile transformation journey. Job Title: Mortgage Consumer Direct Lender
The Mortgage Consumer Direct Lender offers professional guidance to customers during their financing search and expert advice on products for 1-4 family residential loans. The incumbent is responsible for proactively calling or responding to an array of customer contact initiatives: telephone inquiries, the Arvest website, the Arvest app, call campaigns and following up on leads and referrals to generate sales of residential mortgage loans. The incumbent will maximize revenue generation in a fast-paced environment utilizing all cross-selling opportunities. The Mortgage Consumer Direct Lender will minimize risk exposure by adhering to all federal, state, and internal compliance regulations, policies, and procedures. Ensures that all customers, both internal and external, are responded to promptly while adhering to the Arvest Sundown Rule.

&bull; Proactively contact potential customers through various channels; accept and make multiple sales calls daily (inbound and outbound) utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to generate mortgage applications through lead sources.
&bull; Provide a comprehensive picture of the full features and benefits of mortgage products in a manner that is most relevant to the customer. Sell the most pertinent benefits positively and persuasively to each customer.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the overall sales, production, and profitability of two or more full-service retail branches. The Relationship Banker will primarily focus on product sales and exceptional customer service.
