Job Summary:The Event Operations Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all event logistics and operations. This includes vendor management, on-site coordination, budgeting, and ensuring seamless execution of events from start to finish. The role demands strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:1. Event Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist in the planning and execution of corporate, social, and promotional events.</li><li>Prepare event timelines, checklists, and task allocations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, production, sales, etc.) for event requirements.</li></ul>2. Vendor &amp; Client Management<ul><li>Identify and manage vendors for logistics, catering, d&eacute;cor, audio-visual, printing, etc.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication before, during, and after the event.</li></ul>3. On-site Event Execution<ul><li>Oversee event setup, registrations, guest management, and technical arrangements.</li><li>Ensure all event elements (lighting, sound, signage, seating, etc.) are executed as planned.</li><li>Handle last-minute changes or issues efficiently.</li></ul>&middot; Supervise daily operations of the venue including event setup, logistics, maintenance, and cleanliness.&middot; Ensure all areas (halls, meeting rooms, parking, restrooms, etc.) are event-ready at all times.&middot; Manage event layouts, seating arrangements, lighting, and sound coordination as per event requirements.4. Budget &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Assist in preparing event budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and reports.</li><li>Prepare post-event evaluation reports including feedback, learnings, and ROI analysis.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure all necessary permits, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met.</li><li>Coordinate with venue authorities and ensure adherence to company policies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Good understanding of event logistics and production.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of experience in event operations or coordination (for Executive level).</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Experience in handling large-scale events .</li><li>Creative problem solver with a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;13,153.03 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
