From conceptualisation to completion, we adhere to the highest standards of craftsmanship and design, ensuring that each structure we create is a masterpiece in its own right.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update daily attendance records for office and site staff</li><li>Track leaves, late arrivals, and absences; calculate salary deductions as required</li><li>Handle basic recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting, scheduling interviews</li><li>Prepare and maintain employee files, joining documents, and ID records</li><li>Assist in monthly payroll preparation and coordination with accounts</li><li>Maintain simple performance tracking reports for site staff</li><li>Support management in enforcing company policies and discipline</li><li>Handle basic office admin tasks such as stationery, logistics, and coordination</li><li>Organising staff engaging activities/experiences</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate with 1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR or administration (construction industry experience preferred)</li><li>Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for attendance and leave tracking</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Reliable, organized, and proactive attitude</li><li>A creative mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Prior experience in real estate, construction, or luxury segment is a plus</li></ul>Work Schedule <ul><li>Full-time: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM</li><li>Part-time: Flexible (3&ndash;4 days a week)</li></ul>Note: Personal conveyance is a mustJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
