The ideal candidate should have strong strategic thinking abilities, hands-on SEO expertise, and leadership skills to drive organic growth and performance for multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 SEO executives and specialists</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page &amp; technical SEO)</li><li>Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms</li><li>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research</li><li>Optimize website structure, content, and backlink profiles</li><li>Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports</li><li>Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams</li><li>Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>4&ndash;6+ years of relevant SEO experience</li><li>Proven experience managing an SEO team</li><li>Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO</li><li>Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
