 We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team, based in Ata&scedil;ehir.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law,
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;3 years of experience in M&amp;A and corporate law, preferably in a reputable law firm or financial institution,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of funds, CMB regulations, and transaction documentation,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English and Turkish,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to M&amp;A and corporate transactions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage SHA &amp; SPA and other investment-related agreements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and oversee all agreement processes across company departments, ensuring legal compliance and consistency,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide legal support for investment activities and fund structures,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on CMB regulations and other corporate legal matters,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and follow up on general assembly documentation and procedures.
 </li>
