Graphics Designer

<ul><li>Oversee daily administrative operations of the institution/office</li><li>Lead, supervise, and guide admin staff for efficient performance</li><li>Ensure implementation of policies, SOP's, and organizational standards</li><li>Manage facility maintenance, security, and cleanliness</li><li>Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock usage</li><li>Prepare reports, letters, and administrative documentation</li><li>Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and other departments</li><li>Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks and projects</li><li>Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively</li><li>Proven experience in administrative management or similar leadership role</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and record management</li><li>Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Honest, responsible, and disciplined work attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
