The system will begin with a core MVP and expand into a full-featured enterprise solution.Role Overview: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design a clean, intuitive, and scalable user experience for our platform. The ideal candidate should be able to translate requirements into user-friendly designs and ensure a smooth workflow across different user roles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens</li><li>Create a consistent design system (colors, typography, components)</li><li>Ensure responsive and accessible design</li><li>Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation</li><li>Optimize user experience for multiple roles (Admin, Teacher, Student, Parent)</li><li>Conduct basic UX research and usability improvements</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in UI/UX design (portfolio required)</li><li>Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar</li><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles</li><li>Experience designing web-based dashboards or SaaS platforms</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working on education platforms or SIS systems</li><li>Understanding of design systems and component libraries</li><li>Basic knowledge of frontend (HTML/CSS) is a plus</li></ul>Project Scope (High-Level):<ul><li>Authentication screens (Login, Roles)</li><li>Dashboard (Admin &amp; Teacher)</li><li>Student management UI</li><li>Attendance module interface</li><li>Basic reporting screens</li></ul>Deliverables:<ul><li>Complete UI screens (desktop responsive)</li><li>Clickable prototype</li><li>Design system/style guide</li><li>Developer-ready assets</li></ul>Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs81,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
