Job Summary ASA Construction Group is a growing exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, doors, decks, and full exterior renovations throughout Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts.We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client &amp; Operations Coordinator. This position serves as the communication hub between homeowners, project managers, sales associates, suppliers, and municipalities to help keep projects organized and running smoothly.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a growing company.Responsibilities<ul><li>Customer Communication</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Schedule dumpster deliveries and removals</li><li>Schedule portable toilet deliveries and servicing</li><li>Coordinate material deliveries to job sites</li><li>Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules</li><li>Track project milestones and administrative tasks</li></ul>Permits &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Prepare and submit permit applications using plans provided by project managers</li><li>Track permit approvals and inspections</li><li>Maintain organized project files and records</li><li>Update customer and project information in company systems</li></ul>Product &amp; Service Knowledge<ul><li>Learn ASA Construction Group's products and services</li><li>Answer basic customer questions regarding siding, roofing, windows, doors, and decks</li><li>Direct technical questions to the appropriate team member when needed</li><li>Assist homeowners with scheduling and project-related questions</li><li>Conduct customer follow-up and mid-project check-ins</li><li>Route calls and messages to the appropriate team members</li><li>Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients</li><li>QualificationsRequired</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Professional phone etiquette</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in construction, home services, property management, healthcare administration, hospitality, or office administration</li><li>Scheduling or project coordination experience</li><li>Permit experience</li><li>CRM or project management software experience</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Professional phone etiquette</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Reliable transportation</li></ul>Growth OpportunitiesThis role offers opportunities for advancement into:<ul><li>Senior Client Coordinator</li><li>Office Manager</li><li>Project Coordinator</li><li>Assistant Project Manager</li></ul>We are looking for someone who wants to become a valuable long-term member of our team.Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Location: In person
