Their vision: to become the largest provider of certified accounting data.About the RoleAs an Intermediate CPA / Senior Analyst or Associate, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in executing and reviewing client engagements while mentoring junior team members. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with our in-house AI tools and leadership team to deliver high-quality work and continuously improve our processes.This position is a natural next step to deepen your technical expertise in accounting and tax. Whether your goal is to move toward a leadership role or remain closely involved in engagement preparation, we offer a fast and flexible growth path aligned with your ambitions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare financial statements, including compilations, review engagements, and audits.</li><li>Contribute to tax-optimization strategies and prepare corporate tax filings.</li><li>Supervise and mentor analysts and CPA candidates.</li><li>Perform risk assessments to identify potential accounting or tax issues and ensure regulatory compliance.</li><li>Collaborate with AI assistant, to boost efficiency and deepen analysis.</li><li>Contribute to process and technology improvements across the firm.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of relevant assurance experience (ideally including Big Four) covering audit, review, andcompilation engagements, plus corporate tax.</li><li>Education: CPA designation or active candidacy is a strong asset.</li><li>Knowledge: Solid understanding of Canadian accounting standards (ASPE, NCECF) and corporate tax principles.</li><li>Technology: Proficiency in Excel and Word, with a strong eagerness to learn and adopt new technology.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French for client interaction and documentation.</li><li>Soft Skills: Critical thinking, autonomy, precision, and keen attention to detail.</li></ul>Why Join the teamIf you&rsquo;re looking to practice accounting in a modern, flexible, and technology-driven environment, where innovation and human judgment go hand in hand, join us and help shape the future of the profession.What we offerSalary: INR 1,20,000 to 1,45,000 Gross Per MonthWork location: RemoteShift Time: EST (Evening shift IST)Benefits: Flex Fridays (half days on Fridays during the summer)Vacation: 4weeks (2 flexible + 2 during holidays)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;120,000.00 - &#8377;145,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of work experience do you have in the Big 6 (EY, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Grant Thornton, RSM, BDO)?</li><li>How many years of practical experience do you have in Canadian Tax and Canadian GAAP?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>French (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
