<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Summary</h4>
The Intensive Care Unit at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) is comprised of 12 Critical Care beds. The department is operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with specialty trained Critical Care nurses.
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h4>
Education
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred</li><li>
Basic Cardiac Rhythms preferred
</li></ul>Experience
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in acute patient care environment is required
</li><li>Critical care experience preferred
</li></ul>Licensure/Certifications
<ul><li>RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start</li><li>
BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
</li><li>ACLS: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required within 6 months of start date</li></ul>

Position Summary
The physician has the responsibility of providing diagnoses and treatment to the spectrum of cases that present to the physician based on the physician's area of specialty. This will include patients normally seen in an acute care clinic or primary physician's office but will usually not include longitudinal care.
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Qualifications</h4>
Experience
<ul><li>Current or recent experience in Infectious Disease is required</li></ul>
Education
<ul><li>Graduate of an approved medical school is required
</li><li>Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited in Infectious Disease program is required
</li></ul>Required Certification/Licensure
<ul><li>Board Certified/Eligible in Infectious Disease by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners (OSBME)
</li><li>MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)</li><li>
Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start
</li><li>Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by Asante Medical Staff team
</li><li>Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
</li><li>Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
