Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.</li><li>Maintain and organize office files, records, and correspondence.</li><li>Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and office needs.</li><li>Assist in travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and event coordination.</li><li>Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities, cleanliness, and safety standards.</li><li>Monitor administrative budgets and report expenses.</li><li>Manage communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and courier services.</li><li>Assist management with reports, data entry, and other clerical tasks as needed.</li></ul>Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B magazine subscription or publishing.Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to meet targets; proficiency in MS Office.Job Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015.
