Part-Time Human Resources CoordinatorAsbury Park Housing Authority (APHA)Location: Asbury Park, NJHours: Up to 20 hours per weekPosition SummaryThe Asbury Park Housing Authority is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to support the Authority&rsquo;s HR functions, including employee onboarding, personnel records management, recruitment support, policy administration, compliance tracking, and employee relations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate employee onboarding and new hire paperwork.</li><li>Maintain confidential personnel files and HR records.</li><li>Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and hiring processes.</li><li>Track employee training, certifications, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Support HR policy implementation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and administrative documentation.</li><li>Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>Minimum two (2) years of HR, personnel, or administrative experience.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and recordkeeping skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.</li></ul>Compensation$65-$75 hourlyPay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hourWork Location: In person
