Job Title: Human Resources AssociateReports To: Human Resources ManagerFLSA: Full-Time/ExemptSalary: $60,000-$70,000Travel: As needed to support growing nationwide companyPosition Summary: The Human Resources Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department across multiple entities. The role supports recruiting activities, onboarding, HRIS administration, employee records, benefits administration, compliance tracking, and providing general HR support while ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining confidentiality.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding&middot; Coordinate job postings across recruiting platforms.&middot; Reviewing resumes and applications&middot; Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.&middot; Conduct pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, and reference checks.&middot; Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.&middot; Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities.&middot; Ensure completion of all required new hire paperwork and I-9 documentation.&middot; Maintain applicant tracking records and recruiting metrics.HR Administration&middot; Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HRIS records.&middot; Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations.&middot; Prepare employment verification requests.&middot; Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.&middot; Assist with HR reporting and audits.&middot; Set up new hire and recurrent training.Payroll Support&middot; Assist with payroll data collection and processing.&middot; Ensure employee information is accurate before payroll processing.&middot; Coordinate timekeeping corrections, as needed.&middot; Maintain payroll related documentation.Benefits Administration&middot; Assist employees with benefit enrollment and general benefits questions.&middot; Coordinate new hire benefit eligibility and life event changes.&middot; Support annual open enrollment activities.Compliance&middot; Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.&middot; Maintain required labor law postings.&middot; Assist with HR audits and regulatory reporting.&middot; Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with company policies.Employee Support&middot; Respond to routine employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.&middot; Coordinate monthly employee recognition communications.&middot; Assist with leave administration and documentation.&middot; Support performance review administration.&middot; Provide administrative support for employee relations matters.Special Projects and other duties as assigned. SUMMARYLine Service Technicians provide aviation ground support services to customers in a positive and professional manner. He/she will perform all facets of the ground handling operation including but not limited to aircraft fueling/defueling, baggage/cargo handling, aircraft towing, using marshalling signals for aircraft parking, providing lavatory/potable water service, and using other various ground support equipment to help support the needs of customers and their aircraft.General Duties<ul><li>Report for duty during scheduled and non-scheduled workdays on-time, in assigned uniform and with grooming standards that meet company accepted guidelines.</li><li>Foster and maintain professional work relationships with operational leaders, co-workers, and clientele.</li><li>Comply with all airport authority rules and regulations including AOA/SIDA operations and airport security requirements.</li><li>Maintain all safety and customer service standards established by the company.</li><li>Ensure use and utilization of proper equipment and personnel in an efficient and effective manner.</li><li>Participate in continuous training including NATA programs and company-designed curriculum.</li></ul>Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):<ul><li>Maintain site practices and procedures that contribute to a safe, profitable, positive, and enjoyable work environment.</li><li>Marshal and greet aircraft in a professional manner.</li><li>Park and store the aircraft and direct the movement of aircraft and vehicular traffic on the ramp and in and about the hangars of the Company&rsquo;s facilities and properly secure all parked aircraft at all times.</li><li>Adhere to all communications regarding performance expectations including areas of personal strength and needed development.</li><li>Advise and report personnel issues to Harbour Master and Supervisor.</li><li>Responsible for training personnel in the procedures of hydrant and conventional fueling as well as the proper use of fueling equipment, passenger, and personnel safety.</li><li>Perform fuel quality tests on applicable equipment in accordance with ATA form 103.</li><li>Adhere to good housekeeping practices and uniform standards.</li><li>Communicate a summary of shift details through written and/or verbal process to the next on duty Shift Supervisor or other leadership types as assigned.</li><li>Maintain, clean, and organize ramp, hangars and facilities keeping all free of debris and clutter.</li><li>Service aircraft with all supplies and materials, including in-ground station fueling, which may be required by the aircraft.</li><li>Acceptance and control checks of fuel received into site operated fuel storage system(s).</li><li>Assist all aircraft crews and passengers by providing various services they may desire and shall aid in planing and deplaning, baggage, and cargo.</li><li>Transport personnel to and from the airport as directed and perform such errands as may be necessary.</li><li>Perform periodic checks of all equipment and facilities and document findings.</li><li>Operate vehicular and ground radio equipment.</li><li>Operate fuel trucks, tugs, baggage handling and various other pieces of equipment as needed.</li><li>General cleaning of aircraft as needed or requested.</li><li>Perform various lawn care and janitorial services.</li><li>Initiate incident reporting and investigation.</li></ul>Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>High school graduation. Military experience a plus.</li><li>Preferably 2 years&rsquo; experience in aviation, hospitality operations, or aviation ramp operations.</li><li>Minimum of 18 years of age</li><li>Good communication skills, both written and oral.</li><li>Consistently demonstrated organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Must maintain a valid state driver&rsquo;s license and meet the company&rsquo;s insurability requirements.</li><li>Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations with minimal errors.</li><li>Customer relations skills required.</li><li>Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Comfortable working hands-on, outdoors in widely varying weather conditions.</li><li>Flexible work schedule may include working overtime, nights, on weekends, holidays, and be on call.</li></ul>WORKING CONDITIONSThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
