Ascend BPO Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Software Developer with at least 1 year of professional experience in software development and a proven ability to use AI-powered tools to assist in coding and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have a minimum BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong programming skills and the ability to leverage AI applications to enhance code quality, reduce development time, and improve productivity.Responsibilities:&#10004;Develop, maintain, and optimize software applications.&#10004;Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to speed up development.&#10004; Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable code.&#10004;Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality.&#10004;Collaborate with the team to review code and suggest improvements.&#10004;Stay updated with the latest AI coding assistance tools and software development best practices.Required Qualifications:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BS) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.Minimum 1 year of professional software development experience.Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., C#, Python, Java, JavaScript).Experience using AI-powered coding tools for code generation, debugging, and documentation.Familiarity with version control systems (Git).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Understanding of web, desktop, or mobile application development.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with RESTful APIs.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.Good communication and team work skills.Location: LahoreSalary: depends upon skillset and interview.Apply at:recruitment@ascendbpo.comDo not apply if you are looking for remote job.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs81,848.03 - Rs98,569.67 per yearAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Lahore, VA (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Lahore, VA: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
