Role Overview</h3>
We are looking for a motivated Cloud Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise collaboration ecosystems. In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, ensuring these platforms remain secure, efficient, and user-friendly. Primary Responsibilities</h3>
1. Multi-SaaS Platform Administration<ul><li>
Execute core administration for Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace, managing site structures, permissions, and service configurations.</li><li>
Manage the full user lifecycle, including automated provisioning/deprovisioning, license optimization, and identity management.</li><li>
Act as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex collaboration, file-sharing, and access-related issues.</li></ul>
2. Automation &amp; DevOps<ul><li>
Develop and deploy PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks and monitor cloud resource health.</li><li>
(Preferred) Utilize GAM (Google Apps Manager) scripting to streamline Google Workspace management.</li><li>
Maintain and refine automated workflows for employee onboarding and offboarding.</li></ul>
3. Governance, Security &amp; Documentation<ul><li>
Partner with senior leadership to implement best practices for Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and overall cloud governance.</li><li>
Draft enterprise-wide communications for platform updates and manage formal Change Control requests to ensure system stability.</li><li>
Author and maintain technical &quot;Runbooks,&quot; standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration logs.</li></ul>
4. Performance &amp; Reliability<ul><li>
Proactively monitor platform performance, usage trends, and security logs across both Microsoft and Google environments.</li><li>
Support ongoing infrastructure improvements, including patches, configuration hardening, and reliability testing.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Experience: 2+ years in Systems Administration or Cloud Engineering roles.</li><li>
Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience as an administrator for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, or the broader M365 suite.</li><li>
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerShell for cloud service automation is required.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>
