  The main function of a Software Engineer is to design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software or specialized utility programs including mainframe and client/server applications, and major enhancement of existing systems
 </p>

   Job Responsibilities:
  </strong>

  &bull; Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Gather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop software solutions to meet client needs and data
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Analyze and review enhancement requests and specifications
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Implement system software and customize to client requirements
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Prepare the detailed software specifications and test plans
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Code new programs to client&rsquo;s specifications and create test data for testing
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Modify existing programs to new standards and conduct unit testing of developed programs
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Create migration packages for system testing, user testing, and implementation
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Provide quality assurance reviews
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Perform post-implementation validation of software and resolve any bugs found during testing
 </p>

  Candidates lacking core hard skills (React, C, C#, Azure, OpenAI) or less than 2+ years of experience.

Software Design Engineer

<b>Location: </b>New Jersey (Fully remote)
</p><p>We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney licensed in New Jersey to join a well-established and reputable law firm. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while handling a diverse range of family law matters.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related issues.
</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
</li><li>Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
</li><li>Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional and timely manner.
</li><li>Manage cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.
</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>Active license to practice law in New Jersey (in good standing).
</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of family law experience.
</li><li>Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
</li></ul><p><b>Salary and Other Compensation:
</b><br>
The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 &ndash; $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
