Position Summary:</h3>
The Senior RFP Writer plays a key role within Ascensus&rsquo; Business Development team in the Government Savings Division, which administers state-facilitated savings programs, including 529 education, ABLE disability, and retirement plans.
This position is responsible for developing compelling, accurate, and strategic responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other client questionnaires that support both new business opportunities and existing client retention. The ideal candidate will bring superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex deliverables under tight deadlines. This role calls for someone who is equal parts communicator, project manager, and strategic thinker.
The Senior RFP Writer will collaborate with colleagues across Business Development, Relationship Management, and Product, and work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to produce responses that are aligned with Ascensus&rsquo;s strategic goals and demonstrate our capabilities effectively. The position includes a dotted-line relationship to Relationship Management, reflecting its dual focus on growth and client retention.<div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul>
<li>Lead the creation, coordination, and submission of high-quality RFP, RFI, and due diligence responses</li>
<li>Collaborate with Product, Relationship Management, Business Development, and cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, and Operations to gather accurate and relevant content</li>
<li>Write clear, well-structured, and persuasive responses tailored to the needs of each prospect or client</li>
<li>Ensure responses are complete, compliant with requirements, and professionally presented</li>
<li>Manage complex proposal timelines, delegate tasks, track inputs, and ensure timely delivery of all response materials</li>
<li>Maintain and continuously improve a centralized proposal content library (e.g., in RFPIO or Loopio)</li>
<li>Apply editorial rigor and detail orientation to ensure grammatical accuracy, formatting consistency, and tone alignment across all content</li>
<li>Lead the creation, refinement, and management of high-impact pitch decks, Finals presentations, and Due Diligence materials to support strategic business development and client engagement efforts.</li>
<li>Contribute to the improvement of internal proposal processes and documentation practices</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP or proposal writing, preferably in financial services</li>
<li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar, tone, and structure</li>
<li>Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple inputs</li>
<li>Experience working cross-functionally to gather and synthesize input from subject matter experts</li>
<li>High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work</li>
<li>Experience with proposal automation tools (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) preferred</li>
<li>Familiarity with government-sponsored savings programs (529, ABLE, or state-facilitated retirement plans) is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and regulated environment</li>

The national average salary range for this role is 75k-85k in base pay, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. Job Description 
Section 1: Position Summary
The Plan Termination Consultant is a position on the Plan Terminations Team responsible for all aspects of processing DC Plan Terminations. The Plan Termination Consultant is responsible for managing all aspects of plan administration for an assigned caseload of clients.
Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul>
<li>
Prepare necessary government forms required for a plan termination</li>
<li>Compliance testing, analysis and corrective actions</li>
<li>Preparation of annual valuation and Form 5500 filing</li>
<li>Perform projected and year end non-discrimination testing</li>
<li>Calculation and allocation of annual employer contributions (including New Comparability)</li>
<li>Identify and resolve plan discrepancies</li>
<li>Census review, eligibility calculations, trust accounting and asset reconciliation</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with DOL and IRS requirements</li>
<li>Process final distribution of assets to participants.</li>
<li>Work with clients, plan sponsors, participants and others during the plan termination process regarding distribution of plan assets</li>
<li>Effectively communicates with clients, brokers, and staff in answering questions and problem solving.</li>
<li>Monitors and follows up on pending plan termination requests.</li>
<li>Track progress of all plan terminations to ensure deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.</li>

Section 1: Position Summary
The Regional Sales Consultant is a hybrid role. The role will be expected to be an internal support to an external sales professional to achieve territory-specific goals for part of their time and the other part of their time, they will be in territory expected to create their own partners and sales opportunities.

Act in Business Development Consultant (BDC) capacity &ndash; supporting overall sales growth and most specifically within territories and dedicated Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs). Approximately 50% of time.<ul>

Communicate and drive activity to develop new and cultivate existing partnerships within our institutional and business to business channels including advisors, wholesalers, DCIO &amp; clients.</li>

The India Business Continuity Manager is responsible for coordinating with global Risk Management leadership to develop, implement, and manage the organization's business continuity and disaster recovery strategies &ndash; leading the program for India and providing support for the global program. This role involves coordinating with leaders across various departments, and vendor partners they rely on to ensure that all critical business functions can continue during and after a disruption. This role will also be responsible for coordinating with in country and global Risk Management and IT teams to conduct tests and on-going monitoring, risk assessments, developing response plans, and leading offshore recovery efforts.

Business Continuity Planning:<ul>

Work with global Risk Management leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity plans (BCPs) for Ascensus in India</li>
<li>Coordinate team level plans as part of overall corporate plan review/update process</li>
<li>Creation and delivery of tabletop exercises to evaluate plan effectiveness, document results, and prioritize / drive any required remediation</li>
<li>Coordinate participation in corporate disaster recovery tests, including identification of testing resources and contributing feedback to post-mortem test review</li>

Risk Assessment and Management:<ul>

Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations</li>
