The Sales Support Coordinator provides entry-level administrative and logistical support to the sales team by assisting with order entry, reporting, and documentation. This role supports recordkeeping, proposal preparation, and internal communication to ensure smooth sales operations. Rooted in Our Values, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting teammate success through timely and accurate execution of foundational tasks.
<ul>
<li>Enter and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.</li>
<li>Maintain and organize customer records and internal tracking documents.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing basic sales presentations, proposals, and communication materials.</li>
<li>Respond to customer or sales team inquiries with support from senior teammates.</li>
<li>Run routine sales reports (e.g., open orders, fill rates) under guidance from more experienced staff.</li>
<li>Help coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and customer calls.</li>
<li>Learn and support data entry in systems such as JDE, Salesforce, and Smartsheet.</li>
<li>Participate in department training and shadowing to build system and process knowledge.</li>
<li>Flag discrepancies in orders or pricing for resolution.</li>
<li>Collaborate with teammates to resolve simple internal process or documentation issues.</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
</li>
</ul>Experience and/or Training:
<ul>
<li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales operations.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Detail-oriented and highly organized.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn multiple systems and follow established processes.</li>
<li>Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li>
<li>Clear written and verbal communication.</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Internship or work experience in a customer-facing or business support role.</li>
<li>Exposure to CRM or ERP platforms.</li>
<li>Strong sense of ownership and curiosity.</li></ul> 


Physical, Mental, and Environmental Demands:
<ul>
<li>Regularly required to sit, type, and view a computer screen for prolonged periods (6&ndash;8 hours/day).</li>
<li>Occasionally required to walk, reach, twist, bend, grasp, squat, or lift items up to 15 lbs.</li>
<li>Mental tasks include comprehending and following written and verbal instructions, performing assigned tasks independently, working at a steady and accurate pace, and handling varied administrative and data-focused duties.</li>
<li>Must be able to relate to and communicate effectively with others, interact professionally with teammates, and contribute positively to a collaborative team environment.</li>
<li>Work is performed in a quiet, climate-controlled office setting with minimal noise or environmental hazards.</li>
<li>Personal protective equipment (PPE) is not typically required.</li></ul> 

The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $26.54 and $30 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:
