This position is responsible to lead the sites Supplier Operations Management team. Ensure the management of suppliers are effectively managed by mitigating supply risks, resourcing and supplier development in line with the company and customer requirements by providing the standard tools, systems and work processes and build long term relationships and development with strategic suppliers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Escalation
<ul><li>Visualize and quantify supply risks, draw action plans for supply improvement, in line with production and customer expectations and build recovery plans and counter measures for supply risk elimination and coordinate actions with internal experts (Buyers, SQA, Logistics, etc.)</li>
<li>Root cause analysis for supply issues</li>
<li>Draw the recovery plan with adequate priorities for Asco group</li>
<li>Communicate the action plan and status internally and externally</li>
</ul></li><li>Supplier performance measurement and follow-up
<ul><li>Perform Supplier performance assessment to identify (non) tangible risks and opportunities for supplier development.</li>
<li>Perform supplier audits (logistics, security, capacity and quality)</li>
<li>Compile audit reports and corrective action lists</li>
<li>Build supply chain dossier containing manufacturing process, lead times and supply risks in order to build supplier knowledge and history</li>
<li>Perform capacity and risk assessment of suppliers</li>
</ul></li><li>Coordinate Supplier (re)sourcing activities
<ul><li>Assess and evaluate manufacturing and logistic process of potential new suppliers in supplier selection phase in order to achieve successful transfer of work.</li>
<li>Perform manufacturing and logistic audits at potential new suppliers; provide capacity calculation and risk assessment</li>
<li>Compile audit reports and subsequent evaluation reports</li>
<li>Follow-up on the actions from audits</li>
<li>Define clear transfer plan and milestones</li>
<li>Establish with suppliers and subcontractors the process of starting-up or phase out of manufacturing and deliveries of new/old parts</li>
<li>Monitor and manage logistic performance during the start-up and build out phase</li>
</ul></li><li>Supplier Development
<ul><li>Continuously develop the performance of the strategic suppliers nominated on management level for mutual company benefits and added value plans</li>
<li>Identify improvement potential at suppliers, in areas such as reduction of lead time, costs and supply/capacity risks</li>
<li>Develop specific (non)/ tangible target oriented continuous improvement plans</li>
<li>Implement and follow-up the continuous improvement programs (LEP &ndash; logistics excellence program) in co-operation with the buyer, logistic coordinator and SQA</li>
</ul></li><li>Standardization of Supply Chain tools, reports and systems
<ul><li>Implementation of new IT related systems, reports and tools in order to improve the assessment and facilitate accurate decision making on Supply chain subjects, automate manual non added value operations.</li>
<li>Lead and support Supply Chain business requirement analysis to final operational integration.</li>
<li>Initiate proposals for standardization</li>
<li>Ensure creation of relevant procedures and training material</li>
</ul></li><li>Support the Sales and Operation Planning (S&amp;OP) process</li>
<li>Motivate and coach Supplier Operations Team</li>
<li>Risk identification and management</li>
<li>Manage Supplier Quality personnel to ensure supplier performance and compliance with regulatory and customer requirements</li>
<li>Manage supplier audits, supplier performance/improvement plans, and supplier evaluations</li>
<li>Manage external capacity planning</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives in the plant(s)</li>
<li>Support finance and manage the budget</li>
</ul>PROFILE:

Education: Four-year degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain and a minimum of 5 years&rsquo; relevant procurement experience or 5 years&rsquo; equivalent procurement related experience (Supply Chain Certification, a plus.)

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
<ul><li>Experience managing and leading a team of professionals.</li>
<li>Must possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills; capable to interact with various Asco team members and leadership, plus the Senior and executive leadership of suppliers.</li>
<li>Understanding of the S&amp;OP process</li>
<li>Worked in aerospace or a closely related manufacturing business</li>
<li>Development and/or implementation of procurement processes</li>
<li>Risk identification and management</li>
<li>Understanding of AS9100, Nadcap, special processes, and supplier quality</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Independent and able to work with minimum supervision</li>

A preventative maintenance technician performs scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and repairs on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure safety and efficiency. Key duties include conducting routine checks of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; performing minor repairs; documenting all maintenance activities; and maintaining inventory and records.
