 " IT Leader/Manager"
 
 in the forest products sector in Turkey and in the world, located in D&uuml;zce.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering, or related field,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, including at least 2 years in a managerial/director-level rol,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in networking, systems, databases, cybersecurity, and cloud Technologies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001),
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in end-user support and IT service management, preferably with ITIL certifications and implementation experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct impact analysis across processes, apply logical reasoning, and manage priorities and solutions effectively,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities,

 Good command of written and spoken English.

 Job Description
 
 
 <ul>

 Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with company goals,
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and continuous improvement of the company&rsquo;s IT infrastructure (servers, network, data backup systems, firewalls, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the continuity and performance of enterprise applications such as SAP Business One, MES/MOM systems, and Power BI,
 </li>
 <li>
 System integration, centralized traceability, and data flow management of IoT devices on the production floor,
 </li>
 <li>
 Integration of IT infrastructure with production systems to ensure system-wide data integrity,
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer and optimize cloud systems (particularly Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive),
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and develop internal portals/intranet platforms,
 </li>
 <li>
 Address internal users&rsquo; IT-related needs and enhance satisfaction levels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow emerging technologies and contribute to digitalization and automation efforts,
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions,
 </li>
 <li>
 Development and implementation of cybersecurity policies (firewall, EDR/XDR solutions, antivirus, access control, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and coordinate the IT team and day-to-day operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with external software vendors and IT consultants.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Forest Industry Engineering).
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably
 
 0&ndash;2 years of experience
 
 in a production or manufacturing environment (internships or project experience will be considered an advantage).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of production systems, safety practices, and lean manufacturing methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English.
 </li>
