 Export Sales Support Specialist"
 
 at the Head Office of our leading company in the forest products sector in Turkey and in the world, located in Istanbul Yesilkoy World Trade Center.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, economics or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations or international sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and Incoterms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g. French, Arabic, German) are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
 </li>

 Manage and execute international sales orders and export operations.

 Prepare and control all required export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on export activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in international fairs and exhibitions when necessary.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related analytical roles,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in advanced Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting methods, and inventory optimization,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Team-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and systematic approach to planning processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (preferably SAP) is an asset.

 Collaborate with purchasing, sales, marketing, and production teams to create and update demand forecasts,

 Analyze customer order trends, seasonal variations, and campaign impacts to prepare accurate demand projections,

 Compare actual sales with forecasts and perform variance analyses (forecast accuracy, bias, etc.),
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate demand forecasts into supply planning processes and optimize inventory levels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage demand planning data within SAP or related ERP systems,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular demand analysis reports and KPI dashboards to senior management,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new product launches and production planning processes with data-driven demand insights,
 </li>
 <li>
 Take an active role in process improvement and digital transformation projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage stock allocation in line with incoming customer orders,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide order delivery dates in accordance with production capacity.
 </li>
