<ul><li>Plan and schedule dispatches according to sales and production requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Track shipments and update delivery status to relevant departments.</li><li>Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, damages, or shortages.</li><li>Identify and coordinate with transporters for cost-effective logistics solutions.</li><li>Prepare and verify transport documents such as e-way bills, LR copies, and gate passes.</li><li>Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and route efficiency (if company-owned vehicles are used).</li><li>Maintain proper coordination with warehouse and stores teams regarding stock availability.</li><li>Verify material movements and ensure proper stacking and labeling of goods.</li><li>Assist in monthly stock audits and ensure accuracy of physical vs. system stock.</li><li>Maintain dispatch records, invoices, GRNs, and other logistics documents accurately.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Support in preparing logistics MIS reports for management review.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers for smooth material movement.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and resolution of logistics-related queries.</li><li>Negotiate freight rates with vendors to optimize cost and service quality.</li><li>Identify process improvement opportunities in logistics and dispatch functions.</li><li>Support digitalization and automation of logistics operations where applicable.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during handling and transport.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
