 A successful Construction Group are seeking a Project Director in Manama, Bahrain. The company are engaged in civil engineering and building works, with expertise in residential, commercial and hotel projects.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Description / Role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of a major building construction project, ensuring alignment with client objectives, specification, terms and conditions of the contract.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets to meet business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee contracting processes, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the project.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide leadership to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve any contractual dispute may rise during execution.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A strong background in construction management with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in contracting and procurement processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Masters in the same field or Construction Management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP).
 </li>
 <li>
 Grade A CRPEP registration (or eligibility).
 </li>
