At George Sink Injury Lawyers, we are seeking reliable pre-litigation legal assistant/paralegals to join our high-volume, fast-paced plaintiff law firm located in the Greenville, SC.As a legal assistant/paralegal, you will be the primary point of contact for the client, helping guide them through the case process. The position is fast-paced and collaborative, working alongside attorneys, legal assistants, and other legal support staff.Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Manage attorney calendar, client meetings, assist clients with needed appointments, and taking client calls</li><li>Responsible for documenting all actions and communication in the client's case file.</li><li>Collect, examine, and organize evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation.</li><li>Draft pre-litigation legal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Coordinate with other legal support staff to ensure client requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.</li><li>Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Injury and/or Workers Compensation.</li><li>Minimum High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate is a plus.</li><li>Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and feel comfortable with technology.</li><li>Litify experience is strongly preferred, but not required.</li><li>Have the ability to multi-task, and work both within a team and independently.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.</li><li>Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch.
