We are seeking a relationship-driven, polished marketing professional to serve as the external face of our dental specialty practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves building trust, representing a high-quality specialty practice, and turning strong professional relationships into sustainable growth.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with referring dentists, hygienists, and dental teams</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between the practice and referring offices</li><li>Conduct referral office visits and represent the practice at dental and community events</li><li>Coordinate study clubs, CE events, and professional education initiatives</li><li>Manage website updates, SEO, and social media (1&ndash;3 posts/week)</li><li>Track referral activity, marketing efforts, and engagement metrics</li><li>Coordinate marketing materials, campaigns, and brand consistency</li><li>Visit local dental offices in person on a regular basis to make deliveries and maintain referral relationships</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Experience in marketing, communications, website management, event planning, or relationship management</li><li>Dental knowledge is a plus but not required</li><li>Exceptional communication and people skills</li><li>Professional, confident, and comfortable representing a dental specialty practice</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Comfortable working independently and in the field. This is a hybrid position where the right candidate would be doing admin work from home but spend much of their time in the field visiting offices.</li><li>Proficient with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WordPress, and social media platforms</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re energized by relationships, strategy, and meaningful growth and have marketing experience&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Our surgical practice is located in Asheville, NC.
