Our people are our greatest strength, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement for our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding</li><li>Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.</li><li>Conduct induction programs for new joiners.</li><li>HR Operations &amp; Records</li><li>Maintain employee records as per statutory requirements (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, exit formalities).</li><li>Compliance &amp; Statutory Management </li><li>Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) compliances.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the Shops and Establishment Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other applicable Indian labor laws.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants/auditors for returns and inspections.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits</li><li>Collate attendance, leaves, overtime details, and prepare monthly payroll inputs.</li><li>Assist in processing salary, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.</li><li>Manage employee benefits like gratuity, health insurance, etc.</li><li>Employee Engagement &amp; Support</li><li>Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, and compliance.</li><li>Assist in performance management and training coordination.</li><li>Organize engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in India.</li><li>Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Shops &amp; Establishment).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (eg - OM SAI)</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurukul Indraprashtha, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>HR: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
