Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere to create a memorable leasing experience.</li>
<li>Greet and engage with prospective residents, establishing rapport and understanding their needs and preferences.</li>
<li>Conduct property tours, effectively highlighting the property's amenities, floor plans, and unique selling points.</li>
<li>Use a customer-focused attitude year-round to ensure a smooth renewal process for existing residents.</li>
<li>Participate in and assist with planning and coordinating resident events and activities to foster a sense of community.</li>
</ul>
Leasing and Marketing:
<ul><li>Utilize persuasive sales techniques to promote the property and convert leads into leases.</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing teams to showcase the property through various channels, including online listings and social media.</li>
<li>Assist prospects with the leasing process, including explaining lease terms, application procedures, and move-in details.</li>
<li>Process lease applications, conduct background checks, and ensure accurate and timely completion of lease agreements.</li>
<li>Accurately input and maintain resident and lease data in property management software, ensuring up-to-date records.</li>
<li>Assist with rent collection, tracking delinquencies, and coordinating lease renewals.</li>
<li>Stay informed about property features, floor plans, and community amenities to effectively communicate the value of residing in the community.</li>
</ul>
Market Insight:
<ul><li>Stay knowledgeable about local market trends, competitor performance, and resident preferences to tailor leasing approaches.</li>
<li>Vendor and Partner Relationships:</li>
<li>Collaborate with external vendors, real estate agents, and industry partners to maximize leasing opportunities and optimize property exposure.</li>
</ul>
Education/Experience:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Required: Minimum of 2 years in leasing</li>
<li>Preferred: Experience with Onesite,College degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.</li>
</ul>
Competencies:
<ul><li>Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on leasing or real estate (preferred).</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with prospects, residents, and team members.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for lease administration and record-keeping.</li>
<li>Proficiency in property management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office suite.</li>
<li>Positive attitude, self-motivated, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge of fair housing regulations, leasing laws, and customer service best practices.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li>
</ul>
