You&rsquo;ll work on design projects in collaboration with our project managers, construction leads, and our finance team. We&rsquo;re seeking someone who can converse with clients in order to understand their needs, formulate designs that are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and conducive to a quick sale.

Compensation:
$15 - $20 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Schedule and attend photo shoots to help ensure eye-appealing photos
</li><li>Select and purchase furniture and equipment for each property, and oversee installation so staging is completed in a timely manner
</li><li>Work with project management team to coordinate construction/design project to deliver on time and on budget that meets/exceeds client expectations</li>
<li>Promote properties by aiding in the creation of brochures and flyers that enhance the features of the properties</li>
<li>Expand knowledge of current design trends and innovative techniques and materials and implement them in each project
</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with clients and team members to meet or exceed client expectations</li><li>
Oversee additional furniture rentals and ensure timely and budget-friendly staging</li><li>
Maintain owned furniture storage and inventory</li><li>
Coordinate U-Haul rentals and team support for furniture delivery to and from properties</li><li>
Determine staging scope and timeline to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion</li><li>
Create eye-catching in-home staging for quick property sales</li><li>
Flexible schedule (Monday-Sunday) based on project needs</li><li>
Manage furnishing and equipment selection, purchasing, and installation for timely staging</li><li>
Schedule and attend photo shoots for appealing property photos</li><li>
Coordinate construction and design projects to meet or exceed client expectations</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
2+ years of Interior Design experience required; Degree/license in Interior Design preferred</li>
<li>Well informed on affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes
</li><li>Ability to listen to a client&rsquo;s needs and communicate potential solutions
</li><li>Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
</li></ul><ul><li>Current U.S. driver's license and ability to drive large moving vehicles</li><li>
Passion for creating inspiring and eye-catching interior spaces</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of affordable and functional furniture systems and finishes</li></ul>
