 Regional HR Generalist
 
 to support operations across Essex and Kent. This is a newly created and influential role, ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives on building relationships, shaping culture, and driving improvement. You&rsquo;ll work closely with site leaders and regional managers, ensuring consistent, compliant, and people-focused practices that enhance engagement and performance across a workforce of several hundred colleagues.
 
 
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll have genuine scope to make an impact, partnering with operational leaders to strengthen leadership capability, embed company values, and support business goals. It&rsquo;s a varied role combining strategic input and hands-on delivery, with a strong emphasis on compliance, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead regional recruitment and implement innovative attraction strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee onboarding, induction, and compliance processes to ensure regulatory alignment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach and develop managers to build capability, engagement, and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and nurture internal talent to support succession and retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide pragmatic advice on employee relations and performance management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support change management and cultural development initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Use people data and insights to drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain full compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visit sites across Essex and Kent around three days per week.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience and Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven HR generalist experience within a multi-site or operational environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in recruitment, leadership development, and organisational change.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in coaching and influencing managers to deliver results through people.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid knowledge of employee relations and employment law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a regulated or compliance-led organisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enhanced background check required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
